Due to COVID-19, the Anaerobe 2020 Congress is being converted from a live event to a virtual Zoom conference. Selected presentations from the original program will be presented July 23-24, 2020.The program will be announced shortly, when all speakers are confirmed.
We plan to undertake the following:
- Organize a virtual on-line Conference, with a modified speaker program, July 23-24. Thursday will be a full-day program on various anaerobic topics; Friday will be a half-day focussing on C. difficile. Many sessions will be recorded for access following the Congress for a limited time.
- Publish a digital Abstract Book of submitted abstracts.
- Invite selected papers for inclusion in a special issue of the Anaerobe journal.
Hopefully, we can come together for a live Anaerobe Congress in Seattle in 2022.
