CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES
On-line registration is available with credit card payment. Payment with checks
must be done by mail. Student registrants must send proof of student status by
email, fax, or mail.
No advance registrations will be accepted after June 18, 2010.
Congress Registration includes Delegate packet; Abstract Book; admission to
Congress Sessions, Posters, and Exhibition areas, Continental Breakfast, Coffee
Breaks,
and Thursday Evening Reception. Full Registration also includes
the Congress Banquet. Additional dinner tickets may be purchased separately.
